Media Browsing
Use the GoPro Media Browser to check out previously recorded media files. We provide support for all GoPro Hero 3 Editions as well as for GoPro Hero 2. Live Preview
The internal live preview is based on a protocol to support as many devices as possible. As a result, some devices might encounter delays when enabling the preview. This is because Full HD video streaming is really expensive and has to be done natively on the hardware layer. However, for Hero 3 cameras, also the audio signal is streamed to GoPro remote. If the live preview hangs or does not start for some reason, disable and enable it again. Based on a bug in the GoPro camera firmware, also a restart of the camera might be required.In addition, we also support external players to display your GoPro live preview in full screen landscape mode. Therefore, we linked our application to the VLC Player as well as the MX Player, which you have to install first:
